No matter what type of adventures you enjoy, the Bronco Sport can handle it. All models come standard with a High-Performance, Off-Road, Stability, Suspension System (H.O.S.S.). The suspension system allows the Bronco Sport to drive over rough terrain without jarring those inside.
Standard 4x4 and G.O.A.T. Modes (Goes Over Any Type of Terrain) let the Bronco Sport thrive in any condition. There are five basic G.O.A.T. modes:
If off-road exploration is your kind of fun, the Badlands model also comes with Mud/Ruts and Rock Crawl modes.
Trail Control is an available driver-assist feature that is basically off-road cruise control. This allows you to focus on maneuvering around obstacles when a constant speed can be kept.
The Badlands model is the most rugged out of the Bronco Sport lineup. It comes standard with bash plates so that you can worry less about damage and have more fun. The Badlands also comes standard with heavy-duty front tow hooks, 17” wheels, and all-terrain tires.
The Bronco Sport has high ground clearance and water-fording capabilities. The Badlands model boasts an impressive 8.8 inches of ground clearance and 23.6 inches of water-fording.
Although the Bronco Sport can tow a trailer, it is much more thrilling to pop a tent on the roof. While in motion, the vehicle can carry 150 lbs. Once parked, it can support up to 600 lbs. The available Yakima Skyrise HD tent fits perfectly on the Bronco Sport’s roof, giving you the best view.
Rugged but Modern Style
The overall look of the Bronco Sport resembles the Bronco but with its own flair. It has a minimalistic exterior design which is enhanced with unique details such as peaked front fenders, flat bodyside, and a contrast-colour roof (Outer Banks and Badlands only). What stands out the most, though, is the one-piece grille and two round headlamps, which are bisected with a bar bearing the Bronco name.
The interior of the Bronco Sport has a clean, modern look which does not detract from the views outside the window. The contoured bucket seats and ample space keep everyone comfortable, even on the longest adventures.
The Big Bend model has special cloth seating, which is easy to clean so that you can focus on the fun and not worry about the mess. This model also has zippered pockets with a MOLLE strap system and rubberized rear seat back protectors.
Outer Banks offers riders the most luxurious experience with standard heated leather-trimmed front seats and steering wheel.
Available features you can select to enhance your adventure are:
10-Speaker B&O Sound System
110V/400W AC Power Outlet
Cargo Management System
Rear Flood Lights
Wireless Charging Pad
With so many add-ons and available features, the Bronco Sport can make the journey to and from your destination a breeze.
Front and center inside the Bronco Sport is an 8-inch touch screen, which is the Bronco Sport’s tech hub. The Bronco Sport comes standard with SYNC 3 and FordPass Connect. SYNC 3 is compatible with both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
The available GPS system tracks your pathway when you leave the road, and lets you place breadcrumb markers to help you find your way back again. The standard front 180-degree camera with a washer helps you see what is ahead, allowing you to safely navigate the way.
The Bronco Sport comes standard with Ford Co-Pilot360, a suite of driver-assist features. With blind spot monitoring and emergency braking, the Bronco Sport keeps you safer when driving among other vehicles.
